sharpflash..let me share to you what I've learned frm my research for the past weeks.. i know there is deca homes n mandaue but its currently at 1M+ already.. great increase frm last year's 850k smething pre-selling rate.. there's still the deca mactan at 850k but there's just too much traffic n there, isn't it? I have learned that there's a Sunrise Place in Mactan too at 400k soemthing but unfortunately they said it has sold out its units.. even without a single unit built yet.. ing-ana ka halin kay barato mn.. there's another one in talamban it's called lessandra its at 700k plus.. I haven't been to these sites yet... Im still hoping to find other options which are near mandaue..lahug.. talamban or consolacion.. I think you can have them all thru pag-inig at about that range 5-8k monthly not including yet the equity.
