yes, it depends of the type of d haus n d developer. But some developer also give up to 1 yr - 3 yrs installment(downpayment). f u hav no pag-ibig, u can contribute as self employed, ned only 2 yrs contribution. u can pay the whole 2 yrs not more than 5T so that u can start procs for the haus n lot. other options s bank financng. we have house n lot n mandaue city, liloan,lacion, many n lapu-lapu, talamban, guadalupe, banawa, talisay, minglanilla and many to mention. f u are really nterested, we hav many to offer..wer do u prefer d location, price range of property? we can assist u.. u may contact me to 09179172026.

F the budget s 5-8k, f u like, i can offer u n calawisan lapu2x city..2 storey townhaus, spanish style, along brgy road..nd n basak lapu2x city, still townhaus. there are already units n the location so If u want to see the unit I can assist u n the site. We have also n minglanilla, townhaus with tiles m partition. F u paid 2-3 months equity u can move-in daun.
