for mini mart murag dili kay naa man gyud ni sari-sari store sa 1st house naa pud ga rent...kani nga house naa ni sa tumoy nga part sa compound....so ang customer dili gyud ka kita....

This is not for those pipol nga dili ganahan ug sudlunon mao bitaw and rental fee is cheaper and negotiable, find a subdivision nalang nga rent to own.I think you are looking for high end accomodations.

I grew up on this place and never sa among mga houses na lunupan, maybe you got the information wrong...there are a lot of for rent houses inside this area beside USJR....

with regards to security reasons basin nahadlok imo mga kauban kay they had never live in a sudlunon area before please dont compare our place like lorega or dulho...

that is why better find a subdivision kanang guarded...pero if compared sa among mga for rent houses this place is secure because all of our neighbors knows us and respects us since we are one of the pioneering families on this area.....those 3 houses beside USJR gate dayun entrance sa area are all my 1st degree relatives and same as didto dapit sa basketball half court.

I hope those forum readers dili ma discourage from the previous post.....kadto lang interested pipol who are looking for an average home that they want to stay with their family....
