If coming from colon, ride a jeepney/taxi going to USJR basak (access via the National South Road-N.Bacalso), stop by at the jeepney stop after USJR gate.Look for Mama Chel's bakery, ask from bystanders to accompany you to Elisa-Maning's for Rent Houses.
If coming from tabunok, ride a jeepney/taxi going to USJR basak (access via the National South Road-N.Bacalso), sopt by at Julies Bakeshop fronting the opposite road would be Mama Chel's bakery(cross the road carefully at your own risk or use the skywalk fronting USJR entrance) then ask from bystanders to accompany you to Elisa-Maning's for Rent Houses.

Pwede ra makasulod ang motor diri nga location,some of our neighbors has their own motorcycles.
Compund ni siya so pwede ra gyud isulod ang motor, composed of 5 tenants.

In my 29 years of residency on this area wala gyud mi incident nga nakawatan , the for rent house is inside a compound of houses and safe vicinity.Even coming from work late in the evening or early morning never had an incident of robbery or assault on our area.If you had heard one it could be some of the neighboring areas, Basak pardo is a large barangay and composed of many sitios. We are one of the pioneering families on this area since from the 60's so no problem with security especially if the bystanders,neighbors ,etc know that you live in our compound.Thehouses at the entrance(at the hi-way) going inside Sitio baskio beside USJR are all my 1st degree relatives and 2 more compounds inside are all our relatives so I hope this would answer your query.
