So to recap:
The medium and small rooms have free light and water. (3.3K down - depends on the room)
Bathrooms are common sizes are roughly 10x10?
Options:
Foam Mattress (4" inch class A foam)
Laundry Service (Delivered and pick-up from room)

Additional Appliances.





These are the small rooms (roughly 2X3 meters) of the 10 (small and medium) to be operational, hopefully within the week - The tables, beds and Cabinets are still being brought up - they just arrived yesterday.

-We could probably fit three (3), the room is 5X5 Meters (about 25 square) but that would depend on your bedding arrangement

-If we strip the room of the furnishings I guess that could be 5.5K, I'll have to ask, our storage areas have been filled that's why we furnished the rooms at this price.

That can be arranged. We can remove any furniture or furnishing that you do not require, we can even strip the whole room bare so you can furnish it yourself and just reduce the rent, the furnitures are just there becuase our storage areas were full.

Dear Istorya readers,

Thank you for all the positive responses we received from everyone, for the many nice people who inquired about our rooms, and for those many others who actually visited. I am very sorry to inform though, that all the rooms have been occupied and we are at full capacity (Last one about ten days ago).

We are still on phase two of the new set of rooms and hope to complete it soon. For the moment we have no more rooms available. Will update when the next set becomes operational.
