All the large furnished rooms are taken, all of them long term leases. Actually almost all the jeeps pass by here. For ayala there's 14D and 13C, and going home are the same, coming from the other way. It,s one ride PUJ to almost anywhere, from the front door.

Parking is one thing we don't have.

There is no charge for bringing in your own appliances, the room has a separate meter, we'll just bill anything beyond the lights consumption.

Sorry but all the furnished rooms are taken... and they don't seem to be leaving anytime soon. They've got cable, internet, laundry service, their own bathrooms... I think they'll be here for a while, and even then there's already a waiting list.

Its all the medium, semi furnished rooms for now.

There's no charge for additional appliances, the rooms have their own meters. And we've ran out of the fully furnished 5k and 6k large rooms. But we do have the 3k furnished mediums and maybe another small room coming at end of February.
