There's (1) One. The room has its own electric and water meters. The nearest landmark would be the Cebu Heritage Monument. Yes, the place is safe, we have a locked grilled door and each door to the rooms, Not to mention the fire station, brgy hall, and police station is right outside. Oh and if you visit, please txt first, becuase I might be out, and I'm the only one with the key to the room.

Ello Chipy,

The medium ones are eight by ten feet (2.4X3M) give or take five inches. They're 3.3K each. Actually its only 3K if the bill is paid before the due date (fives days after bill if delivered). So a medium is about 3K with light and water - lights only, all other appliances will be metered.

With a bed and table -like every other room.

Ah, the large ones should be good for three (not recommended), we'll have to rearrange the beddings. Anyway most of them, I think all were designed for 2... from small to large they just vary in the degree of comfort. Its one ride from here to ayala, 13C or 14D and also one ride going back same jeeps in the opposite direction. The jeepneys are right outside and when you get back you get off right near the door or where you left (our place is actually where almost every route passes, so were one ride to almost anywhere.
