Hello people, I am pleased to inform that phase two of our refit is almost complete - we should have the dorm type rooms available by the end of this month. They are of the smaller sizes... before we go back to refitting the bigger ones again. But they cost less too, good for two, 3.3k with free lights and water - that's lights, ac, tv, iron and other appliances will be metered. Will post pics and other details soon. |

Ello, So sorry for the no reply for the text, I ran out of load from responding to all the other inquiries, I'll load as soon as possible... probably a dozen other people wondering why I didn't or stopped replying. Anyway, I'm opening the rooms by the last week of October pah, you're welcome to visit by then. |

Oh the dorm rooms don't have their own T&B or a sink. They're of the basic type, just a room... mostly for students or working people, the bathroom is of a common type. The suite rooms (6k-up) have those and others... but they're full.

Ello,
Sorry for late reply - Globe screwed up my connection. Our shortest stay would be six months (Preferably). Oh btw people, one of the furnished rooms (A medium size one) became available, its a new refit too. The rest should be finished within the week or next, holiday overtaking me and got sick too. |

@haika girl
The gas station is a good land mark but we're a little further, by the Heritage monument... you can ask the video store across form there, there's an ad inside too. @inchit 3 or 4? Hmm, I'm sure you'll fit, but I don't recommend it. Bedding arrangements would have to be changed... these rooms were designed for 2 to live comfortably, like a bachelor's pad. But we have (will have) plenty of the dorm type rooms (the 3.3k), its actually just a basic room, about 2X3 meters good for two, I'll post pics soon. |

Hello Ms. Jenny
There is one (1) As of today there is one large room available (We don't count it as taken until the guest actually occupies it). We finished refitting another about a week ago and that was taken immediately. A medium sized one (forth picture from the top) became vacant and a prospect immediately inquired and stepped in, if all goes well, he moves in this Monday. So one Large one is available and the medium ones are occupied. Progress Update 11-8-08: Due to the demands, we have fallen behind on the small rooms, but I am hopeful that they should be complete in about 10 days (if our schedule holds) - the bathrooms are already done and 4 of the 6 rooms are already complete - that leaves just the beds and two small rooms. Will have pics soon - brother borrowed camera. We are however putting in plans to simultaneously begin the refit of two other large (suite type) rooms to begin when we complete the small ones, but that would be a little later.
