im just asking if this is Bayswater.. if its not, then fine... if it is, then answer the simple question... this is one way of selling your product sir... with all your due respect...

This is previously belong in Bayswater development, the developer decided to make another development for Bougainvillea Village for appraisal purposes of Bayswater

One factor that increases the price is the undergoing construction, as the construction progresses, the price increases so it is advisable to the buyers to buy the unit in the preselling season for a lower price.

Another factor is the price increase of exported raw materials due to the increase of peso value vs dollar.

If you compare this development with other studio type, row house socialize housing, the price is somewhat the same, but the good thing with this development they have excellent and quality amenities like no other socialize housing and it is 100% finance by the developer, it assures that this development will be accomplished as promise.

Actually they have a nice gate... naagian man gud ni nako last week... hope they have settled sa katong previous customer...nga nangreklamo sa ilang abrupt change price...

Anyway, could you PM me the floor plan, lay-out para ma dessiminate pod nato sa mga relatives nga nanginahanglan ug balay nga makaya-kaya lang...

And lastly, bougainvilla unit ba, maka-access sa mga amenities nga ilang na offered sa ilang gumamela ug magnolia unit?

as of now, wala pay model house, the model house will be constructed after the construction of the road, the model house is expected to be fully built on the end of August.

Naa 5% discount if you pay within 30 days after signing the contract, you pay Php 74,100.00 instead of Php 78,000.00

tsk tsk tsk... nag tan-aw kos floor plan murag maglisod man tag bahin to make 2 small rooms. maalihan man ang doors sa CR ug Kitchen.

pwede ba nga ipa balhin daan ang CR sa pikas side? making it directly opposite sa main door. unya ang door sa CR kay adto na agion sa may kitchen area... I think ingon ani ang sa Aldea (katong studio type nila) ug layout daan. Sa ingon ani, dili na maka gasto ug parenovate renovate na pud ang owner para lang mabalhin ang doors.
