Yes, you are right that wala ni sya pag-ibig but all the units are single detached (it means dili sya rowhouse), prices are reasonable and the subdivision has a Caribbean spirit with lush gardens, colorful flowers and three-lined paths and a wonderful island inspired living with a fresh and colorful life for you and your family. Concerning the methods of payment, I am pleased to inform that there are three payment schemes that you may choose: In-House financing is a payment made directly to the developer through post-dated checks, with downpayment Straight financing is a payment also made directly to the developer through post-dated checks, with no down payment Bank Financing is a payment made through the bank For In House Financing: from the Total Contract Price, 20% for down payment and 80% for amortization; from the down payment, reservation fee of 20 thousand pesos is deducted; the net down payment has a good news of 12% discount if paid within 30 days or payment could be equally divided into 12 months with no interest; 80% amortization could be paid in 5 years or 10 years at 18% per annum For Straight financing: Php20,000.00 reservation fee is deducted to the Total Contract Price, the net could be paid in 3 years at 6% per annum or 5 years at 10% per annum For Bank Financing: from the Total Contract Price, 10% for down payment and 90% for amortization; from the down payment, reservation fee of 20 thousand pesos is deducted; the net down payment has a good news of 12% discount if paid within 30 days or payment could be equally divided into 12 months with no interest; 90% amortization could be paid in 5 years, 10 years or 20 years at 11% per annum. The selling price for Lara, Marvela, Carmela, Drina, Elaisa model units varies, it depends on the size of the lot.
