mga bro, normally ang starting rn kung web based programmer kah ky 12K sa mga BPO firms.. then ang kanang mga developer jud normally 15K above na cla mga bro..

Depende man cguro sa company. ang uban kay 12k naa sad 15k depende man sad cguro sa imong experience..kong C# 15k above cguro ang salary.

@addmers_jkl it depends if your client is local or naa sa gawas. Usually if ecommerce with coding from scratch dili ka mo gamit ug existing na opensource then charge it 1-2m. pag local then charge it 100k-200k mau na ang amu pricing range. kana kon dagko na company pero kon gamay na company ug wla kaau potential sales then charge it 50-100k local.
Naa mi na developed na site grabe ka dako sa ila return mo average sales cla ug 25m a month. so bawi kaau ila investment.

Demand mo at least 18k up, if lower ayaw mo sugot kay dako kaayo na sila kwarta sa inyong trabaho nya tihikon lang mo. Nihit bya programmer karon ayaw mo og dive.

Junior programmer = 18k-25k
Senior programmer = 35k-45k
IT Consultant/Software Developer = 60k up

you should set your own standards not the company hehehe.
if they cant afford your demands (make sure they are reasonable too) then look for better companies...
kai dira ra gihapon ka padong.... sugot ka gamay sweldo pro mo hawa ra dayon kai wa ma kuntinto. ehhehe.

Naa ko kaila nag-work cya sa usa ka outsource software company diri cebu unya ang starting kay 45K for junior programmer. Nangita pa daw cla ug Powerbuilder programmers ug .NET programmers sad.

depende pud na sa load nmu as instructor bro. then kung developer kah, normally morange mn guro sa 10-15K ang starting salary ana..

sa mga instructors particularly sa mga universities depende na sa load.. 200+ per hour man guro. but di bya ka kakuha ug load na puno kaau. hahaha.. so di jpun ing-ana kadako ang salary per month.
