Pa exit na from the Cebu area, however, even the exit is still packing lots of power, so to pedestrians, be careful out there.


As of 1:30PM Philippine Time, notice center (eye) of storm about to make landfall on Romblon area.

Only thing we can hope for is for it not to make Luzon landfall--a direct exit to South China sea is the most wished for scenario.
