daghan man dunay sad experience sa mga "kotong people" diha sa LTO .. pero mas daghan ang gahimo ug binuang ug mga abuso in the name of LTO: traffic enforcer, citom, MMDA, pulis, etc .. miingon pa ang usa ka karaan nga MMDA woman (haha .. dili lang mga lalaki ang corrupt): dong, anaa sa mga dalan ang kwarta, wala sa opisina" sa dihang gipangutana siya ngano wala siya magpa asyn sa ofis ...

every goverment agency in the phillippines is corrupt and LTO is not an exemption... cge lang jud na sila, magamit man gehapon na mga fixers labaw na para dili lang ta mahasol sa pag kuha sa mga license or plaka or what ever purpose imu pag ara sa LTO... even if we want to change ang image sa LTO, pro ang atong mga leaders kay corrupt, wa ta mahimo ana

LTO is making improvements naman these days.. like kung magkuha kag license, di naman hassle or lisod as long as you have the requirements and pass the test, di na kinahanglan og fixer. even sa registration. kadto lang gyung uban nga ganahan og dali or madakpan unya di ganahag hassle, mo bigay para nay mo facilitate para nila.

walay mahal nga multa kung walay mo violate...actually mas mahal paman gani cguro ang mga multa kng naa ka sa Manila compared dre Cebu!

naglagot gyud ko atong usa ka drayber ba to or operator nga nisulti "We are forced to commit violations coz gitangtang ang "PUJ stop" ug giilisan ug "No Stopping/Loading/Unloading".

aw kung gitangtang ang PUJ stop karatola ug giilisan, pasabot ana nga di na gyud pwede ka mka stop dha sa imong jeepney!!! Kuwangol man diay toh cya...

also heard a funny conversation about this...

Taxi Driver: Maayo ra man sad nang bagong pamalaod sa LTO bai kay sa kaayuhan man na sa tanan,,, palo da rules lang gud ta gud...

Jeepney Driver: Aw di na mahimo pre, naa man pud gui usahay nga mutago ang CITOM sa unahan mao nang di ta kabantay ug madakpan ta!!!

Taxi Driver: Mao na dha bai, ni bayulit ghapun ka, wa-is lang ang CITOM midakop nimu...

this just proves nga angayan gyud nga taas ang multa. these drivers are not willing to follow the rules in the first place. ngano man? mosunod lang sila ug naay CITOM? sige sila ug reklamo nga kurakoton gihapon na sa CITOM without thinking nga kung di sila moviolate, wala silay bayranan sa CITOM. common sense lang unta maski gamay lang sa mga drivers.

Kung makapatuman ang CITOM aning adto ra mohunong ang jeepney sa designated jeepney stop, mapugos ra pud ang mga commuters nga adto mag-atang.

Kung nakaya sa ubang countries, nganong dili sa ato.
