Nope I am not from LTO, I really dont have any experiences with these peeps before since I leave north. Just recently, LTO dog asked me for 1000 pesos because I didn't have side mirror, I was totaly shocked and said nope, TOP dyud dayun. I went home without saying anything and wonder how that dog asked me 1k as if there was no other peeps around.

I saw some post re: LTO experiences and sad to know that I am not the only victim. anyways thanks for your post...

I dont hate the government, I am upset with the people who gets paid without doing the honest work. in a monthly basis my tax reach as high as 9500k and as low as 7400 and what service did I get?

well technically you violated the law regarding side mirrors and thats P1,500!

lesson learned, never give cash to an enforcer or LTO agents. only pay your violation at LTO office cashier..

ni reklamo ka sa LTO kay nangwarta, kinsa may naghatag ug kwarta... diba ikaw?, kung wala ka nihatag dili siya kapangwarta... simple ra.... naa sad kay sayop.... what you did is also bribery... a criminal offense that would make you same as him...

it is very clear here that you violated the law. but maayu pd imong gibuhat nga wala ka mo hatag nya.
