Anyways, if you just follow traffic rules any fine wouldn't be a problem now would it.

Multa pabug-atan para lang ma diciplina ang erring motorist? In my opinion, murag wala ray improvement mahitabo. In a long run, mao pani himu-ong pangwartahan sa uban LTO, CITOM ug police personnel. LTO should implement the traffic rules with true law enforcement. Mao sad lagi, ang combined LTO operation tukar2x lang dili usual nilang buholaton.

Road User's Tax are taken from registration fees and not from traffic violation fines.

curiously, since you know so well, where does these added fees going man diay? to me, the fees wouldn't matter. ang importante e strictly impose ang mga balaud sa kadalanan. kung madakpan ka, kuhaon imong license, ang kahasol sa paglukat lang daan maka tagam na.. not to mention, kung pa seminaron pa ka.. usik sa oras.

okay raman dako ang fines basta dli lang mag abuso ang mga enforcers. usahay, gamiton man gud ni nilag pang hadlok arun lng mubigay ka. nya tinood gyud ni nga manghadlok na cla arun makalagay ka. ayaw gyud mu padala anang mga hinampak. kung sayop nimu, aw padakop gyud ka. kung tanaw nimu dli ka sayop, kuhaa ang ticket nya ayaw pirmahi. naa na dira ang ngalan sa nag dakop nimu, ereklamo.

sakto ka diha brod. daghan kaayo sila gipang implementar nga baload pero pulos walay mga ngipon. sama sa ilang balaod sa motor sauna nga loud pipes/muffler wala silay machine like decibel meter kung usa ka kusga ang illegal na. likewise sa HID's wala silay makasukod kung pilay allowable temperature sa HID's.

grabeh gyud na ila mga fees diha maayo unta ug makuha dayon pabalikbalikon pa gyud
permi. sked nimo pagkuha sa document moingon nasad nga balik sunod-adlaw...ahhh giyano
raman nila ang kahagosa tawo nga magbalikbalik, mayntag wala tay mga trabaho like sa akoa
sige lang leave para makakuha ug Non-Pro Drivers license unya dugay pa makuha...then
the time nga sked na para makuha moingon dayon ug balika after 3 months......

polpola gyud anang mga taga-LTO labi nanang LTO sa Opon haskang lisora kung wlay padangog...
