yes, visayas will progress with that situation... the problem i what will we do to push that utopia? those idiots up there will not allow it and to make it worst sila ra man guro ang pilipinas kay pag sila motingog morag apektado tanan dle bya...
if that is the scenario, CEBU will become little Singapore... |
