i agree with ratilaboto. manila is being a parasite to all of the provinces in this country. but then he did it wrong when he emphasized rebellion in his statement.

Di ta maka blame why naay pobre naay dato.

BECAUSE naa si Santo Niño nag bantay sa ato then we are living in peace with our fellow Muslims.

Planoha? You're kidding right?

When the British colonies living in North America felt that they were being "sucked dry" by the British Empire...what happened? Don't tell me they simply brushed their coattails and asked the British to nicely leave them alone?

This "planoha" that everybody is wishing for is just plain and simple civil/revolutionary war. Kani ba dyud inyong ganahan?

Don't get me wrong--I'm all up for armed struggle, but this "planoha" is all too narrow in approach and will NOT eliminate the essence of the problem.

Kaning Federalism dili man jud ni madayon. But I despise armed struggle because its not good! What I wish is for the betterment of the people in this country, no more no less.

Talking about radical change (because changing the seat of government is indeed radical) yet trying to play "safe", is like wanting to wade across a river but is afraid of getting wet.

And if it makes you feel good to hurl insults like "bogok", then by all means do so--cathartic ain't it? Way cheaper than seeing a therapist.

Federalism? It just adds more red tape to an already inefficient bureaucracy.

rodsky is right, ratilaboto. You want quick instant change from the "parasitic" Imperial Manila? Tired of you precious Cebu not getting enough representation? Only a revolution can make that happen. Like what the Americans did starting with a "tea party" in Boston. What do you think happened after? If you want to push for radical thinking, dont be half-assed about it.

no matter what system of government, kung naa lang gihapon ang mga buaya nga capitalists who exploit the people to fuel their worldly wants, they will always find a way to corrupt government and to corrupt people's lives
