just in case of separation, 'country' and 'cebu' will be one. good or not, it's yet to be seen.

'they' have to answer that first. if they say 'yes', then saying 'no' is no longer an option for us.

GOVERNMENT officials expressed regret on Thursday after US logistics giant FedEx announced it would close its Asia-Pacific hub in the country and move it to China.
"It is quite unfortunate to hear about the plan of FedEx. We already have the infrastructure projects ready," said Dennis Arroyo, director of the National Economic and Development Authority痴 national planning and policy staff.

Arroyo said FedEx's decision came just as the government was improving rail and road links to Subic Bay.

"If that is a business or corporate decision it is unfortunate. We hope they might reconsider. They may have other reasons privy only to themselves," said Transportation department spokesman Thompson Lantion.

FedEx chairman Frederick Smith announced in Hong Kong on Wednesday that his company would move its regional hub from Subic Bay, a former US naval base north of Manila, to what would be the largest Asia-Pacific air transshipment hub at Guangzhou's Baiyun International Airport.

There is now a plot to assassinate leaders of this country. The singson's CD. I believe magpatayan na sila sa manila. Cebu should start running as an Independence Republic now. Hold all taxes bound for Manila and we should know who will be our President or a temporary Officer In Charge. If anything happens Cebu must default on its debt and let manila pay any debt owed by cebu.

Let Cebu start with no debt so we can have a strong currency. No old debt for the new Cebu.

@ Moshi Moshi: What about the SRP?
If the lender insist, Cebu should make a new arrangements of the loan with a 0.01 20 year interest
and the amount should be taken from the original loan.
