Trade Department Boosts Cream Dory Industry

“The Philippines currently imports approximately 600 metric tons of fillets per month. If we could substitute this importation by producing our own via the Pangasius, P650 million worth of investments and P945 million in sales will be generated and 2,700 jobs will be created come 2016,” said DTI Central Luzon Regional Pangasius industry manager Zorina Aldana. 

There is no need for greed, hunger or violence, there is so much demand for fish - let us start learning and producing our very own fish...it is no rocket science. OFW's friendds and relatives please, please take note.

Vietnam's Aquaculture Success Boosts Economy

Gold-in-fish is waiting out there, waiting for us for the taking, we just need to unite and organize and tell our government how we do it. We just need to start being the boss, thinking like one, acting like one and stop whinning and blamining. So much money out there in producing fish just like vietnam earning billions. OFW's-friends and relatives(of ofws) i hope we can unite and organize.

Can we also succeed in this “fishing expedition” ?? Does it need to have a PhD degree for the poor Filipino fisherman to be able to produce fishes like they do in Vietnam?? And sell USD billions to Europe and US ??

Viet Nam’s Fisheries Sector Sets Target for 2012

Please check above link. Vietnam targeting billions of USD while we are sleeping, dreaming; while Vietnam is acting on their dreams-vision. I hope that we can someday unite and work together to challenge this export market that Vietnam is enjoying or at least share with them some part of it.
