BIR: Naunsa naman inyong System?

kinsay taga BIR dire? or ubang agency

pwede ba mi maka-report sa among reklamo sa mga tindahan?

unsay assurance nga lihukon ninyo ang usa ka-reklamo?

mayta sugdan ninyo lihok aron kaning mga negosyante magbayad na og tarong sa ilang mga tax...

naa jud koy gilagutan nga 24 hours nga tindahan atbang sa USCTC... nagpalit kog item worth P210.00 pero ang nakabutang sa package nga Suggested Retail Price kay P124.00 ok... negosyo man kaha ni... so nangayo kog resibo... miingon man dayon ng tindera nga "papel raman namo isuwat sir"... gipangutana nako kung nganong wala sila official reciept... igo raman ko giingnan nga "dili man mi mo issue sir kay dili man sad mangayo ang mga customer"....

naa sad tong time nga ningpalit kog usa lang ka item sa usa ka pharmacy... gipangayuan nakog resibo... giingnan lang ko sa pharmacist mga dili daw sila mo-issue og resibo basta dili kaabot og P50.00 ang palitun. basta tapad rani sa bahay kubo namo. ing-ana ba na?

pagka latagaw ba ani.... bisan pag dili mangayo og OR ang usa ka-customer, dapat gihapon mohatag sila... pila ramay pag sulod sa resibo sa silopen

unsa kaha kung ang members dire sa istorya.net mo-report sa agency kung naay mga negosyo nga dili mang-issue sa ilang mga customer?... pwede kaha ni maka tabang man sad ni ba...

kahibaw naman ta nga dili ni mao ila ginabuhat... angay lag jud ni nato aksyunan....

sa ako, pang hadlok rana nako ang pag pangayo nako resibo.. atik atik ra gud...

pero naa gyud ilado na mga tindahan na dili mo issue ug resibo, like botica atbang sa vicente sotto hospital...

as a customer, it's your right to ask for a receipt..and business establishments are obliged to issue them...(except cguro sa sari-sari stores or small time like sidewalk vendors)

most establishments who don't issue receipts or papel na suwat2x ra ihatag are evading taxes..wa sila malipong na kung nana VAT imong gipalit ikaw na customer man ang nagbayad and the establishment/store lng ang nag remit sa imong tax didto sa BIR..so nahulog ilang gibulsa ang VAT..

most establishments have this BIR orange sticker (i really forgot the exact wordings, basta it implies to issuance of receipt)..they are subject to penalties..

actually naa man ko nabasa posting from BIR na kung less than P20 pwede deli muhatag resibo. i remember this when naa koy gipa-print sa usa ka internet shop atbang sa UC-Mandaue pagpangayo nako resibo gipakita ko niya og murag BIR memo stating if P20 above ask for reciept.

kanang sari-sari or vendor nagbayad na sila ug tax pero quarterly. wala na sila resibo.

in skylee's case, dapat muhatag ang convenience stor ug resibo. either kanang naa sa cash register print or hand written. kung cash register dapat BIR registered gyud ang machine. yes kasabot ko na kung deli mangayo ang customer so deli pud sila maghatag!

I think there is an exception to which stores are required to issue receipt ... ang kanang mga sari-sari stores dili man na sila required siguro

you can report to b.i.r. office directly and they will act immediately. just give specific address to the establishment. once its reported to their office they will send an investigation team... report it so that you can help our government...
