lol i pity the CSR, her voice sounds tired lol what frightens me is that she said there were only 3 of them handling calls??

sometimes the CSR tells the supervisor the customers problem

but the supervisor doesn't act on it or doesn't tell the technical/repair people.

thats why when i have problem with my broadband connection.

I go to the main office. In My case Cebu Business Park Innove Plaza.

Sus, tanawa ra, ang customer pay gi panikasan... Naturally ang kustomer mo ingon adto dyud kay naa man right og nagkaproblema in relation to the service, syiempre customer gud...Sus, ka salbahis... Company staffs like that should be made football.

actually nagbinogo sad ang customer. sige nag tuyok-tuyok ang agent pag-explain, mu-insist jaopn siya nga wala na man pud lain mabuhat ang agent. oh well, the agent should've been a little more patient but it's really a tough job and i know where she is coming from being a callcenter agent as well. wala man toy patungnan ilang call.

ang point lang ana is.. if you cant take the heat, then dont bother working as a csr. sayop ang csr og customer. why? sa csr, obvious na bahalag mamalikas pa ang customer, pugong lang jud. if d nimo kaya, then ay nalang trabaho as csr.

sa customer pod, dili pod angay mag binastos og baba kay ang csr wala may mabuhat. kung mamalikas ang customer angay disto sa mga manager. csrs are just punching bags for customers. ako kung manawag ko sa globe for example, grabe ako pugong kung maglagot ko kay kabalo ko way mahimo ang csr, igo ra tig report. kaso kalagotan lang nako sa globe csr kay bisag unsaon nimo pag storya sa imo problem, ang tubag pareho ra, morag robot. makatawa nalang ko usahay imbes maglagot hehehe.

Sayup lang ni Cathy wala nya natarung ug paminaw ang balikas ni Raul "P***ng Ina naman ang Hassle"...

Murag expression lang sa lagot ba... wala to gi-mean nga gibalikas ang CSR...

But I pity her...

Your right i never heard nga nag mura si Raul. Infact sound respectful pa siya sa CSR. Mura sayop jud sa CSR wla niya nahandle og tarong ang call ni Raul na misinterpret niya plus pa night shift ang CSR mura the pressure is on the CSR. Ikaw ba motrabaho og gabii then pirmi problema sa lain tawo imo atobangon. Mura wla na maabsord og tarong sa mind sa CSR ang istorya sa caller.

katong namalikas ang CSR mura man nag try to cya nga magmute, wa tingali cya kabantay na wa na mute. mao na sa tunga tunga cge cya pangutana na nganong nagcge na ug P***** ina ang cust.

subzero, when i first listened to that, ako pagdungog pod kay morag "'tang ina mo naman" hehehe so di pod nako ma blame ang csr kay pareho mi mabuhat if i was in her place.. but then again, i never want to work as one kay d ko ganahan ana-on ko sa tao, bawsan jud nako diretso hehehehe
