I think for the garcia clan they do public service about 30% and 70% personal service, ug kanang 30% pakitang tao pa gyud na.

I really admire Mayor Osmeña .. he has always the dedication ... one of my economics teachers once said that cebu city could really achieve far heights with osmeña, the SRP was his brainchild. No wonder why he was so outrageous when talisay tried to take some part of it and now garcia.

I was once part of the Cebu City Taskforce for Streetchildren encompassing orphanage and youth development institutions in Cebu. There was one time that the organization had organized a Christmas Party for the children and in his speech Mayor Tomas said that he wants us (those attending) to call him our "daddy Tom" and his wife Mrs. Margot, our "mommy Margot". It was said so sincerely not like other politicians trying to sound sweet as honey. I really could not forget that day ^^
