Political will ra jud ni bro. Especially like csbt nga enclosed terminal, pareha ra jud ang set-up sa una, naa entrance gate for buses nga mobayad ang conductors sa nagbatay(usually 2 people as i observed) sa entrance gate as parking fee para sa mga buses nga mag-oras.
