they are good at one thing and one thing only.. thinking they are better and can do better ( ga dako ang huna huna).
They really haven't done anything worthwhile in Mandaue. Nerry is known for her eyesore sky walks (whatever you call them) and the majority of the council is there to make sure that Jonas doesn't succeed. They have not done squat as a "team" and just irks me to no end seeing them wearing a shirt with such slogan.

They are nothing but mere bullies jumping on the sole person that in some way (big and small) saved Mandaue from further deterioration. Why would we want such creatures in our city hall? Should we not vote for someone who has Mandauehanon's at the top of his list? Why go for TRAPO's and askal IRO who only has personal gains rather than Mandaue at heart?

Mandauehanon's are not stupid and they can't be bought either. Word on the street is that, they (Mandauehanons) see through the bullying and they aren't liking it one bit. I know mandauehanons will vote wisely and hold Jonas close to their hearts.

In fairness to Tobin Andaya and J P Ceniza, both have been fairly independent thinkers in the IrO dominated council. Both have been subjected to peer pressure in the council, to tow the line in the spirit of collegiality.Â

But the realities of public service takes hold and the practicalities of politics come to bear. I have always maintained that the office of the mayor is a very powerful authority. It had been abused for almost 20 years.

For me it is refreshing that we have a leader in Jonas who bows to the rule of law and that which is decent.
This has been sorely missing in the previous leadership's disgraceful rule. Andaya and Ceniza's choice is surely fueled by practical political realities but this does not belittle their desire to be recognized in good order by those who will write history. The abuse fostered by Mandaue's Irresponsible Opposition on the Mandauehanons and true public service, is legend. I am optimistic that with the continuing dynamics in our local political scene, more good things will evolve. Please continue to pray for our city , Choy."

I think we should encourage ... defections from Mandaue's IrO ... all for the good of Mandaue ...
