The Story: Sam (The owner of the camera as seen in the text message) is a good friend of Bea, the girlfriend of Miguel Osmena (the son of Mayor Tommy Osmena). Just this saturday, September 12, 2009, Sam and Bea went out drinking with some friends. Miguel Osmena wasn't with them. When he fetched Bea, his girlfriend was so wasted and blamed Sam for it. They both went home and Bea had Sam's camera with her.

The next day, Sunday. Sam finds her camera on her front gate thrashed with a bullet. Furthermore, she receives a death threat from Miguel Osmena through text message. Now I ask you, is this fair? Does being the son of the Mayor of Cebu give you the right to THRASH anyone and give death threats?

Hi guys. Yup. I know Sam and all of us can attest what happened that night. Regarding the night out. It's all over our facebook but since our accounts are private, here is a screenshot.

Although no pics of that night because obviously, the cam was thrashed. Here's a group picture with SAM (3rd from right) and BEA, Miguel's girlfriend (Most right).

Regarding the text message showing the sender as (no name). If you were going to text someone a death threat, are you really going to use your REAL NUMBER? I think not.

i personally think this is not the place nor is it appropriate to discuss whether the accused should be accused. it's just not fair.
