yes that area in cebu are the main concern tungod sa traffic diha... pero dako2x gyud na nga trabaho kay tan aw nako sa iyang design lang da-an..

If this system works there is no need to limit the private vehicle because it will limit itself, ang usa ka point sa Mass transportation is to make people utilize it. Ang naka daot gud karon sa current Public transportation sa ato kai jeepny man so most people that has cars would rather use thier cars kai atleast pag abot nimo sa imo destination dili ka baho ug aso. Mao daghan kaayo sakyanan karon. but if the bus system works especially kung aircon ang mga bus, well kung ako car owner ako lang gamiton ako sakyanan during leisure time nalang. in effect gamay nalang ang mag dala ug sakyanan especially during work week and school days. As for Jeepney kailangan na jud ni cya alisdan, Max Passenger of a jeepney (elf) naa guro sa 25 apil nanang ni kapyot.. well if bus mag bus na, it has max capacity double or more that of a jeepny (not all passengers needs to be seated ofcors) naa jud na standing mao man jud na if we're refering to an Inter City Bus. this systems has proven its worth in other countries, why not try it in our beloved city... nindot jud ni cya na IDEA.one way of starting it would be sa SRP, dili na butangan ug jeepny franchise diha, mag bus nalang. |

When? December na raba!
Kanus a pa kaha ni magsugod sa, kay nindot ni na idea, and sure needs political will kay Im sure daghan supak ani, pero if you have an open mind, this is a good project! KMK is already operational diri sa SM-Minglanilla route, but wala designated bus stops (if naa man gani, wala masunod). Nindot man ang KMK sakyan, aircon, dili kaayo mag sige untol, okey raman sad ang plete mao nga pirmi ni siya puno, kay pila raman sad ang maka dagan kay naa paman jeepney. I dont care if "owned" bani siya sa one of the politicians basta maayo lang iya service. Ang "bus system" if adequate lang ang number sa buses, well maintained, aircon and clean, sakto sa "seminar" ang driver ug conductor, scheduled, nice designated terminals (dili mabasa sa ulan) in strategic places and dili tunga sa "wilderness", Im sure will work. I used to take a jeepney ride in going to work, as time changed jeepneys are no longer safe kay daghan holdup (esp not well lighted ang sulod)abog nasad, init ug most of all walay klaro ang mga driver, sila man gud mag bout sa schedule, naay kusog mo padagan naa sad hinay kaayo, wala kay sure pirmi if malate baka sa work or school for students, the "kundoktor once said to me, "kun nag dali ka sir, pag taxi nalang kay hunongan man namo maski pusti sa suga'! I took his advice, i took a cab, pero mahal rasad ang taxi if everyday. So mi utang nalang ko ug sakyanan, and im drivin my own car to work. My point is that how many in the ciy has the same story as I have, adding more and more cars to our streets everyday hangtod na dili na ta kalihok tungod sa traffic! Ill be more than willing to take the "bus" if it would take me there relaxed and on time! Thus I will leave my car behind, reduced traffic, reduce fuel consumption thereby in a way helping our economy and the environment even. |
