paparts man unta kaayo ni si Gwen ug Radaza including Ouano. i can still remember that GMA promised to the people of LapuLapu about 2-3 years ago in Kadaugan sa Mactan that the Reclamation Project will be pursued. Mayor Radaza proposed the said project only that night and GMA promised the people she will support it. now Gwen wants it scrutinized probably because LapuLapu LGU took an initiative to do the project and thereby by-passing her as Governor. come on guv? as if you don't know your politics. wa pa gyud ka ma-tagbaw sa imong Lahug Airport deal? Megadome deal (nga pwerting bati-a and which was also not scrutinized thoroughly because of the urgency as well as proper protocol in bidding and sourcing of materials) plus the ASEAN lamp post deal? and now the Camp LapuLapu deal among other projects? according to Tommy, "“As far as I know, this is the first case where the RDC is suppressing a local government initiative…If you ask me, and I only read the news, she (Garcia) is just jealous,” Osmeña was quoted as saying. According to the news. Road improvements, streamlining of operations in government hospitals, improvement of the south bus terminal, augmenting the province's income, building of new classrooms and all of these were said to be done without incurring debts...

bai layu na kaau na si Lito.. kung unsa ang probinsiya karon, dili na tungod ni Lito.. Well partly naa siya accomplishment.. After ni Lito daghan na kaau gobernador nga nilabay.. naa si TingTing dela Serna, ug si Pablo Garcia nga naka three terms.. tapos Gwen dayon... Kung unsay accomplishment ni Lito wala na tu kay dugay na kaau tu. |

Kani si Tomas nasuya ra ni ni Gwen kay si Gwen maau ug performance.
Si Tomas hapit na mag 9 years pero walay concrete nga accomplishments.. wala jud koy mahuna-hunaan kung unsay nabuhat ni Tomas sa hapit 9 years niya pagka mayor.. Ang ako mahinumduman lang cguro kay katung picture niya nga gagunit ug pistola ug katung hapit siya mamatay sa una kay gi highblood.. .. |

Regarding the Reclamation Project in Lapu-Lapu.... Just imagine:
1.) It will impede any expansion of the airport.. Remember that the airport also has a plan to reclaim north of Lapu-Lapu for future expansion of runway, and other facilities.. Beh unsaon man ni pag reconcile ang project ni Radaza ug sa Airport?? Importante kaau ning airport.. 2.) The project will swallow the beachfront of BIGFOOT Studios.. The owner of Bigfoot, Mike Gleissner, is the favorite of Tomas.. Remember that Bigfoot threatened to withdraw millions of dollars of investments in Mactan before because of Radaza.. With this project, I'm hoping Bigfoot will relocate to Subic or Clark. 3.) The reclamation project will swallow the Mactan Shrine which is an important heritage site. Kung buot huna-hunaon, agree kaau kaau ko aning reclamation area sa Lapu-Lapu kay major infrastructure gud ni... Pero unta gi tubag ni Radaza ang mga pangutana ug doubts especially sa future expansion sa Airport.. pero wala man, hilom ra man siya... so meaning this reclamation area was not properly planned. ... |

Their projects are longterm, concrete and tangible. e.g. transcentral highway, cebu business park, balamban shipmaking, MEPZ, puro na kay Lito. unsa may project sa mga governors after niya nga concretr and long term? |
