Mga Cebuano proud ba ni Winston Garcia?

amen to that. name me any past GSIS President who has done better than Winston and i will take back my supporting him. in fact, if not for Winston, GSIS had been bankrupt na unta years ago pa and should be facing the same demise as with CAP and PEP, facing tons of lawsuits. but look now, due to WG's presence there, GSIS is one of the best performing GOCC's so far, a feat nobody has done by previous GSIS Presidents. if and only if there is a local counterpart of Guinness World records, GSIS will be surely in it!

but this is not to deny that there are still problems bugging GSIS like their computerized system. but in fairness, we should bark more at IBM instead who gave GSIS a run of the money by promising a good system when in fact all we got is a problematic one later on. and who would have thought IBM w/ a solid international reputation can f*ck up big time?

i don't hate Manilenyos. it's just that a lot of them think that way. even if they tell u "oh from Cebu palaka? rich ka noh..." but in the back of their mind they are saying "Promdi pa rin, baka mg apply dito pgka maid or taxi driver ay". anyways....guilty man pud ta ana usahay.

pareha gud sa presidente, mag sige og pugos ang mga tao nga corrupt siya pero dili gud maka prove nga corrupt siya.
