at what settings, is a filter needed?

correction - Maximum totality occurs at 6.37 pm, phil.std. time

Moonrise (Moon enters Umbra already) 6:08:00 PM 0 deg 100 deg East
Maximum Totality 6:37:22 PM 6 deg 102 deg ESE
Totality Ends 7:22:45 PM 16 deg 105 deg ESE
Moon exits Umbra 8:23:50 PM 30 deg 111 deg ESE
Moon exits Penumbra 9:22:29 PM 42 deg 119 deg ESE

at least with a 200mm lens... 400mm, recommended...
