yup, duha ka 1.5 liter for DIY CO2.

sa substrate, i would suggest naay riversand, if clay lang, sige ka ka lubog and prone to algae bloom if daghan excess nutrients sa water column.

mga pila ka SAE ibutang marky para dili nila samokon uban shrimp?

and regarding sa substrate, ako gi ask is if puro ra riversand gamiton as substrate and wlay clay and all... ok lang ba?
naa ba nutrients para sa plants within sa riversand nga substrate lang? or need jud ta clay?

Riversand is too inert. Just to be safe, add a VERY thin layer of clay at the bottom no more than one inch topped with 2 or more inches of riversand. Or if you have the money, some floredepot would be nice.
