12 monthly payments: 10,541.67

You know, we were paying only P2,+++ for 2 years when we bought this share 4 years ago. So, it's a really good investment. :mrgreen:

It will get even better when they put up an advanced medical center on their grounds. Members will get a 50% discount then.

At the Wang Shan Lo chinese restaurant, members get 40% off. My family and I ate there and racked up a tab of P2,5++. we ended up paying less than P2T.

The gym is open to non-members at a slightly higher cost.

Members can also sell shares and get a commission, which is how we were able to offset the monthly cost.

i've been there once with a friend, well the atmosphere is cool.bit scary though coz it's in the 20th floor, but the elevator exprienced was awesome.
club ultima is a restobar, they have snack buffet and dinner buffet.the price is affordable but never get the chance to try the food becoz we were in a hurry.buffet bya so pangandaman jud,kansi if i'll pay 400+ and then i'll just leave after 15mins.hmmmm..madatu sila

Oh yeah, there's a glass elevator that starts from the top all the way to the top floor. it's so cool. It made my tummy turn the first time I rode it. Pero naanad na ko later.
From the 20th floor, you can see to the sea and onto the next island.

Club Ultima is not a restobar. The buffet is in the Wang Shan Lo restaurant, not Club Ultima per se. There will be a Japanese restaurant opening soon. I stepped in while it was under construction and I'm so excited for it to be up na.

Oh, and if you become a member of Club Ultima, you can also avail of perks and discounts at the princeville suites in Mactan.

Agi niya mo didto so yu can see what a fabulous place it is!

just recently na member nko diri.. cool place.. we stayed overnight pg dec 31 then had buffet dinner sa wang shan lo restaurant.. food was kinda good.. its complete for me, cz its got a library where i cn study if i need to stdy out (no need for stdy center), workout fitness gym, swimming pool and viewdeck where you can hang out and chill.
