answer: bcoz Red Cross Youth man mi and Pledge 25 is an activity encouraging the youth to donate blood and giving a pledge to continue to donate blood until they reach 25yrs old and to continue even after 25yrs of age. sabtan ra?

but it doesnt mean nga 18-25yrs old ra ang pwede mu donate...pwede below 18 but with parents consent...den pwede pd beyond 25 but wla nay souvenir....its not the souvenir dat counts man pd...ang importante kay ni donate ka ug dugo....
