yeah sir, since this morning i have already been confronted by that error more than five times.
i asked for a password reminder thru email four times, and just this evening i used the secret question option three times.

It is hard to estimate when everything will be done. We are migrating quite a large amount of data.

Anyway, as a temporary fix, please use the following DNS servers in your system.

- 208.67.222.222
- 208.67.220.220

These are the DNS Servers of opendns.com and they are fast and stable.

^^ ok for shortcut- assuming that your OS is windows XP


-- On your desktop, go to Start button and look for * Run * and type in ncpa.cpl and hit enter key ( wow murag kog tech support ani)
the Network Connections window will pop-up;
-- look for the Local Area Connection icon, right click then choose Properties
Local Area Connection Properties window will pop up;
-- scroll down and look for Internet Protocol TCP/IP, double click the property and encode the following DNS (just click the image for reference)

To those having password problems:

The minimum characters has been set to 8

so your passwords must have 8 characters.

if your old password has less than 8 characters

then you will get incorrect password errors when you log-in

So make a new password with at least 8 characters.

do to the Forgot password link as pointed by Beor.

now its asking for at least 6 characters with a numerical character as a password

nahhh... i set it to 8 characters around 6pm when i was at the office.
now that im home, the 8-digit password i chose wasn't recognized anymore.
so, i need to re-enter a new 8-digit password again.
although inconvenient para sa ato as of now, in the long run, it will benefit us all.
