How about making a thread just as a single page? No need to open multiple pages for a single topic. All you have to do is just to scroll up or down if you need to go over through the older or newer topics.

Realized why you haven't had made such a wish?

it will take time for a single page to load if a thread is as long as 30 pages. and what if you just want to check the last few posts or how about a post in the middle of the thread. also what about threads that are 200 pages long?

there ARE threads that have lasted more than several years and are still kicking. so it would be technically impractical to open all posts at once.

I don't know if this thread is still accepting for wish list, but I just want to try it.

Thread Starter can close or open their own thread, for buy and sell if their item is sold, bought, trade. Or on other threads if they are asking some questions, if the thread is answered, or don't want to talk it more further, then he can close the topic. Just to avoid bumping old threads. Or optional, only mod can open that thread again and state the reason.

The default display mode of this forum is linear. If you'll going to have it on 1 page then it will be tiring to scroll down on viewing posts. Also, not advisable though as stated by pnoize.

If you're willing to help the mods, you can use the report button with valid reason(s) on why your thread should be closed. Or you could avail the platinum membership which has an option to delete or lock own's thread(s) in Buy and Sell section.
