I guess you can. Once you click on Edit, click Go Advanced. I believe you can edit the thread title from there.

That only edits the title of the first post in the thread. In other fourms that use vBulletin, the ability to edit thread titles in under "Thread Tools." Editing of Thread Title was actually disabled by the mods, IIRC.

what if someone or a few people bumped 3 of one person's threads at probably the same time. in effect the thread starter did not bump his own 3 threads or he bumped 2 threads and one thread was bumped by another person?
I think the rule should be no thread starter should bump/start his/her own 3 threads. . .

We can determine which ones are "bumped" by who. Given the circumstances, the chances are very low for "unintentional" bumps to happen at the same time the author bumps his own threads. If someone thinks they are smart and will try to kill the competition by doing that, that person will get the banhammer and not the author.

Me and my bro have separate accounts, and we use the same pc..
There are times when busy ko and dili ko maka log in, he helps me out and siya mag bump sa items that im selling, but that doesnt happen everyday, like once or twice lang in a week, kana lang gyud days that dili gyud ko maka find time to log in..
is that okay?
