just called their customer care and im surprised nakuha dayon ako call after several seconds.

i know due nko last week n i wasnt able to pay immediately due 2 financial priorities.  I've connected the smartbro LAN sa laing PC (testing and updating purposes), now paggamit nako balik sa ako PC okey pa cya, naa pay internet, pag-on nako balik ganihang buntag nawala na ang internet. Ning-redirect sa ilang smartbro portal saying "connection expired blah blah"... so I think about ni sa upaid payment, nagdali-dali dayon ko online transfer ganiha. Now, the agent told me that it takes 2-3 working days para ma-reflect sa ilang system(meaning next wednesday pa mabalik ako internet). Wala sila kuyapi? Advance man gani kaayo sila mu-bill sa payment(Naa na ang Jan-Feb 2008 bill sa akong account). Sus, kung dli ka mangasaba dli gyud ibalik ang imong internet.

But in fairness, their customer care has improved, for now.

So far wala pa man ko prob sa connection and speed sa smartBRO, ang bati lang kay sayu kaayu sila muhatag ug bill, advance kaayu.. hehehe!

yes, grabe ka advanced. nakadawat ko sa una mga wa pa jud kaabot ug one week after ko nibayad sa previous month. naglibog jud ko giunsa nila ang pagbill

di sya practical, mugawas sya nga mas mahal..lets say, you consume average of 5 hours daily sa internet, so in just 8 days...hurot na ang imong free...pero kung mag dsl ka....unli imo internet usage and naa pa kay phoneline.

Ask lang ko mga brod, pwede ba nato butangan ang antenna ang smartbro kay hinay mang gud ang signal sa smart diri sa amo unya walay 3G.

Gamit ko ug smart Nseries na celfone as my modem and if makakuha ka ug 3G na signal, ok iya speed, usahay muabot ko og 385KB and when I inquired about the new USB plug and play smart bro, they said they are using kuno the same technology meaning:
kung makakuha ka og 3G signal ----->256++ kbps imo speed
if wala 3G, GPRS ra ka ------> 22 kbps more or less.

So importante gyud na makahuha ka og 3G signal and di raba tingali makita sa ila modem. Kung pwede taoran antena, ok ra tingali?
