I think one year. My Smart Bro installer told me this before they activated my line. And I remember reading about it pud sa ilang website.

Why man balhin ka? Walay ayo imo Smart Bro? Pwera buyag noh wala pa sad ko problems since nagpataod ko. But wala pa sad one month hinuon.

last Dec 21 nag 3 years nako - never experience nga wala'y connection.

ang nindot lang nila kay even though there are times i've been delinquent w/ my payments - mga 4-5 mos. behind
never did they disrupted my connection.

heres a funny story: this month lang i got my bill, and i had an unpaid balance of P12,000+ o.O. its funny coz i only have my connection for 3months pa, they're billing me 4k a month lolz.... i called CS, they said sorry and the balance no longer appears on my account. nayabag naman ni ang smartbro-ken oi.

ah okies.. mm nope.. so far smartbro is okz sa amo... actually stable au ang connection... kailangan man gud unta ko mag upgrade sa speed nako.. then ang smart dili naman gud sila makahatag ug mas dako2x... bisan unta upto 1mbps... kay mag plan man gud ko mag subscribe sa bayantel... naa bitaw tag 1,999 bahala mahal2x basta stable ang speed.. kay sa globe ug pldt..

ahehehheh mas ok ang bayantel bro, pero sa pldt gehapon nag abang ug bandwith.... peace... kong mag pldt ka bro nya kana sad mahalon, mura stable man, kay nganu kusog man lagi ri among connection nga JUNIOR.. pero mahal lang jud kay tag 8k man a month.

? ka walay klaro bah ani oiz.. dili man pud mi matauran gud ug PLDT sa amo loc.. ambot unsa rason ani... wala naman tay ani kapiliian oiz. heheheheeh

I'll be getting out of Smart Bro this February (when the contract expires)... I just don't like the fact that I'm behind a NAT router/firewall and having the same public IP address as X amount of other idio.. I mean, people. I was just startled to have my public IP placed on a SORBS blacklist, tagged as a possibly compromised machine spewing out spam (WTF? I'm not that stupid just yet, mind you). I also can't seem to download from FTP sites (it just times out), and since I'm quite distant from the nearest Smart tower, I'm not getting any speed improvements at all.

384 kbps just ain't enough for anybody.

I haven't had major issues really, just downtime that lasts overnight.. happened only 3 times overall.

mga bro, dili lagi jud nako ma share ako internet sa smart bro bisag gamit ko ug router...im sure dili sa router ang guba kay ok man if sa globe nako itaod mka share ra mn...unsay output ninu bro if mag ipconfig? naay meridian?

naa jud bro.. kay obtain raman ta sa ip sa ilang tower...nya e config sad ang dhcp nga services sa router.. kong linksys na.. naa koy ge usab ana para ma connect, kay di dayon siya kahatag ug ip sa linksys so ge copy na nako iyang config, ako ge input didto sa router na ok ra to bai nya so far subra naman to sa usa ka tuig wala man manawag ang nag pa config, so ok jud to hangtud karon, nya wireless paman gani to ilang router.
