Mag speedtest daw tayo in different time, AM,noon or PM. in many speedtest network like 2wire.com,speedtest.net etc. May good news daw, by december this year or next year, ang residential subscribers daw ma upgrade na to corporate daw na speed.ewan ko kung totoo yan. antay naman tayooo.be patient na lang daww

Got this below from http://www.unlocks.co.uk/gprs_settings.php#philippines

GPRS Settings:

Operator: - Globe
GPRS APN: - www.globe.com.ph
Username: - globe
Password: - globe
DNS: - 203.127.225.10, 203.127.225.11

Operator: - Smart
GPRS APN: - internet
Username: - {blank}
Password: - {blank}
DNS: - 202.57.96.3, 202.57.96.4

3G Settings for SMART:

There are three steps to be able to access 3G:

• Step 1 Using your 3G handset
Go to Tools → Settings → Network Mode → select Dual Mode
• Step 2
Activate your handset by texting Set 3G and send to 211
• Step 3
Save Settings sent by 333. Key in 1234 when prompted

To find-out if you’re on 3G Service, there will be a 3G icon at the top left most Portion of your screen ( for NOKIA handsets) or bubble like image ( for SONY ERICSSON)

Default internet connection help with smart bro.. help me!!!

please help anyone..
my problem was i cant connect my PC#2 sa internet.. i can see the shared files

from PC#1 to PC#2 but i cant browse the internet..

ISP --- Smart Bro-ken
OS --- Windows XP Pro
Router --- Linksys Router model BEFSR41

PC#1- was the original PC to connect sa smart bro-ken
PC#2- gusto kong lagyan ng internet connection

i already did:
mac address cloning
check the utp cables
check the color codes
i also try to manually put ips in both computer and the router

internet.. ( :-s
yung PC#2 naman ayaw maka-connect sa internet pero nakikita i can browse the

mac ---- 00-30-18-a3-e2-73
DHCP ---- yes
Autoconfiguration ---- yes
IP Address ---- 192.168.232.38
subnet mask ---- 255.255.224.0
gateway ----- 192.168.224.1
DHCP server ---- 192.168.224.1
DNS server ---- 203.84.191.216
121.1.3.208
121.1.3.199
121.1.3.250

lower right side ng screen was Limited or No connection..

"An error occured while renewing interface local area connection: An address

incompatible with the requested protocol was used."
what is the meaning of that..?

Please help anyone!!! Pansinin niyo naman ang case ko and im really begging for

help..
