kay depende man na sa imu location. im frustrated by the fact nga dapat wla sila ni insist nga ipadayon akng connection and lied nga wala nay problema if pulihan ang antenna (which they already did) when they know nga bati ang location. the first 2 weeks i've been connected, the weather was bad so i thought the frequent disconnection was caused by that. pro karon nindot na man panahon bati ghapon ang signal.

1st thing you can do is screenshots of the pings and speedtest, time and date for a week or month. dapat every day na. this will be your basis. log all your customercalls (date and time) kung la gihapon next atu, hatag ka mail sa smart for you intention then ang next la na ko kabalu. murag send ka letter sa ntc and cc' smart then ambut unsa na to. check lang .. murag black+red man to nga forum. |

dapat, you have the logs of the worse/worst ping replies you ever got, make sure to take note of the person to whom you've talked with (e.g. customer care, tech, etc.)
by the way I've successfully have my "bond thing" waived thru this. try it. |

their technical personnel came by today and instead of fixing my connection they made it worse. ggrrrrrrrr. i have already started making logs of my speed and calling their customer service hotline evertime there's as they termed it "intermittent" connection, which happens so f***ing often it makes me want to cry.
the irony of it is , the f***ing intermittent connection happens mostly in the evenings and early morning when i'm working and is ok in the daytime when im sleeping (i'm a freelance programmer and my clients are mostly canadians). god i can kill someone right now. i can't connect to my client's server and took me forever to log in here. Another "so-funny-i-could-kill-someone" the result of the speed test through quickfix = 302.7 kbps . bwahahahahhahaahaha. i can't even log in YM and gmail because it keeps on getting timed out. |
