first wek pako nagpa disconek nila ana bai mason...sa nagpadisconek ko nila wla nakoy bayronon unta...natinga lang ko kay getawagan ko nga mao na akong bill sa ilaha..til now dw nag gamit padw ko sa ila linya.. ako naman gani gehimo og halayan ang wire para magamit pod..ahak gyud nila oi...

Akoang Smartbro connection hinoon is ok.
Every naay problema, tawag dayon ko sa ilahang hotline (*188  para ma Tag and dili ko mabill.At least pud mahassle sila sa ako kakulit. So as, dili masayang ang ako gibayad. Bitaw bro, if nakabayad ka. No worries with that if you have the receipts. If wala ka kabayad, you settle your account para walay hassle. If your location is too far from their Wireless Center, puede man ka mag-over payment if naa kay daghang kuarta. Lets say, advance payment for 1 whole year. :mrgreen: |

Naay nindot nga option ai para wala problema.
Ibaligya ang PC, then sa internet cafe nalang gamit. Sharo.  Most internet cafe's do have higher bandwidths than the residential Smartbro. :mrgreen: Nindot pud to ang dial up nga option, basta naa kay pasensya nga tag 26kbps lang imo speed. By the way, ang Globebobo nga DSL, wala ba silay contract?  |

Dec. 23 2006 natapos ako 1 yr. contract w/ SmartBro.
Since that day, at least twice a week nako ma-receive ug call from their customer service. Monthly basis man gud ko karon, so according to them if i bind myself to another 1 yr. contract naa mga freebies like cellphones, 1 mo. free subcription,etc. pero wala pako ngpa-enticed. So far bya, i've never had problems w/ Smartbro. Ang ako gi-avail is their 799/mo. @ 256kpbs promo. I've set up a wireless router at my place, so ang set-up is a PC, a laptop ( wireless ) and psp (online gaming ) Almost 24 hrs. simultaneous nga downloading nang silang duha @ 25-49 kbps ( usahay mo-peak to 60 kbps then gradually mag-decrease balik 25kbps) ( ....hapit na gyud mahuman ning AutoCad 2008 ) |

Yah, i agree. But so far, if you are in the city proper. Dili man lang usa cellsite tingali ang makahatag nimo ug signal para sa Smartbro. For as long as you have a line of sight daw, e-try lang ang possibility if matagaan ba ka ug maayo nga Smartbro signal. Otherwise, you plenty of options. :mrgreen:

wireless internet daghan man gud ang factors makapahinay ana. apil ang weather ang mu interfere sa signal bha. im a smartbro subscriber too and i seldom complain because i know nga interference rana and sometimes if days na jud nga wala internet i call them and they would say nga nag maintenance sila or they are upgrading. so not much complain about smartbro. pero ako cellphone globe ahehehe
