5 Termination of Service

5.24 Termination by Subscriber . Subscriber may terminate his subscription in writing by giving one (1) month notice prior to cancellation and by fully settling all his outstanding obligations with SMART. If termination is made during the first twelve (12) month period of the Subscription, Subscriber shall pay a premium in the amount of the full Monthly Service Fee multiplied by the number of the months balance of the unexpired twelve (12) month period. In determining the unexpired period, a fraction of a month shall be considered one (1) month.

5.25 Termination by SMART . SMART may terminate the Service or this Agreement for nonpayment or delay in payment of Subscriber’s accountabilities or violation by Subscriber of any provision of this Agreement or for such other causes set forth in this Agreement. Pwede cguro bro. IMO daya kaayu mga DSL serbice dre kay wla sila minimum speed na pwede ta maka reklamo... last time i checked the globe DSL service nga 2mbps naa disclaimer nga 60kbps ang minimum nila mahatag...LOL!! so if mag 70kbps ko? dle ko ka reklamo? hahaha! there should be proper rates and min dl and upload speed gyud unta per plan. hahay! :mrgreen:
