i had problems with my smartbro yday, the issue was i cant browse the net if using a router, when i tried to direct the connection to only one pc, i can get online but at snail speed, i finally called smartbro for T/S, i was amazed when the agent ask me to monitor the speed for 2 hours since galing pa daw sa router yung connection, they finally reset some settings after telling them what T/S ive done, after they reset my connection have stabilzed now. they should improve their services and send surveys to every call since its very frustrating if yuo get disconnected, they wont bother to call you back. you have to callback and repeat the whole issue all over again.

what kind of wifi router are they using?
ok ba connection? kay pareho ra man presyo sa monthly service fee - P999 (palit lang ka sa router)

yup.. mao sad akong pangutana.. 2mbps for 999 just add 2.5k para sa router.. compared sa canopy nga 999 month.. what's the catch?

reflector is suppose to make the signal stronger (but not necessarily faster connection).
Mas mupaspas guro imu connection if you have slow connection because of weak signal.

sa kadaghan sa basestation dri cebu murag useless na ang reflector, makakuha toud ka ug strong signal from the base station pero capped man jpun ato bandwidth nga 512 sa ana ra jud ta kutob

so far ok ra man amo connection balay..paspas man cya bisan gamit mi router unya 3 comp tanan apil laptop..DLink nga router man cguro to amo gamit....pero if kusog ulan mohinay jod cya
