di ba fixed usage man na? so, fixed pud ang monthly, di ba?
just keep the receipts, if someone calls, isulti ang receipt number.

if you wait for the billing statement, mahasol gyud ka, ma stress ka kay makiglalis na pud ka kay ang sayop sila, kay dugay ang bill...if you pay regularly, mas walay stress.
