im in cebu right now.. using globe connection(which sucks)
my internet at iligan is smartbro..

i have a friend, former co-TRONie, here in cebu has speakeasy.net/speedtest getting the max speed...

sorry for the very late response..
work... pakshet..

my inlaw's place we can get download speed upto 937kbps @ speakeasy.net NY server
that's because it was really in LOS.

my parent's place, getting upto 800kbps (still at speakeasy.net NY server), with a kinda sorta blocking the canopy and the tower..

apparently, it seems that smart has set a qos on your account
i have a friend, location i will not say here in cebu, able to get the max qos set..
not experiencing a drag even downloading something in bitcomet

he's a former co-worker..as a former EarthLink LPV TRON..

in your case, the qos may be set in the "router" at smart's side..

also, did you try the next best thing "ap/color code"
where is your location?
your canopy is pointing in which direction?

i think may ap/color code has set it to its best.. (i think lng)

tweaking is changing/adjusting/optimizing the settings of canopy..

i have a friend in apas, we have faced the canopy in the "marco polo" area, there's a tower there.

where are you located and which direction is the canopy facing?
