what i did was i restored my canopy to factory defaults.. set it to the ap with the best reading(rssi, jitter, power level), set the qos and put a admin username and password.. so in case they sneak-in, take a peek on my settings.. they need a username and password..

that is very2x dangerous kay murag bawal raba na nga imu hilabtan imu canopy and putting paswords would be and evidence na u did tried to acces your canopy. and ila tech guys dont need to get inside your canopy to cap your bandwidth

if you wanna switch computers using smartbro.. and you dont want to go thru the portal.. mac clone..
clone the mac addy of the other computer to your computer... if you dont have a router(which has a mac clone feature) and only have the computer directly to the canopy--use smac.

if signal internet is going in and out, first do a powercycle on the canopy, turn-off wait for 30secs to a minute and turn on, try internet... next, check the settings of the canopy... i've arlready posted the preferred settings you need to look for in the previous reply to this thread..
