Tungod sa akong smartbro nga internet, guba na ako lancard sa laptop.. and yesterday when smartbro came to check.. guba napud sa lancard sa DESKTOP.. nag assume sila tungod naigo sa kilat. thats what happened too to my laptop. I think mauni naka disadvantage sa smartbro. but what i like is fast customer service nila...Ü ok man pud ang net ug ang monthly price. Ang Kilat lang jud!! can't they install some kind of protector or stopper para dili mapaig ako lan card sunod? NOw im using a router. if mu kilat napod, router napod ang mapaig.

so far, almost a year nko sa ako smartbro, pro wla mn ko ka experience ani nga problem..hinoon ga router ko, pro ok rmn ako router hntod krn..nindot sad ila customer service.

ang sa laptop zeroo. murag way lan card.. ang sa desktop ron naa pero dili mag receive... BANtayi jud basta dogdog og kilat mga smartbrothers!!!!!! hassle kaau kay mapaig ang lan card

maau jud bsta custmer service smartbro.. abtik kaau sila.. bsta bantay lang jud mo sa kilat. disconnect tanan para dili compyansa

naa sa box naay usa ka wire dha for grounding...bt naa uban nga motaud sa canopy ky dli butangan ug ground...mao cguro na naguba nU lan card...gamit jud kaau ng grounding pra sa kilat2x...

kung ang plug naay grounding pero ang outlet mismo wala taudi og grounding..wala jpuy gamit na..
kung wlay grounding mismo inyong outlet..pag tap mo og wire gkan sa chassis sa PC (palugpiti lang sa chassis..sa bolt ba or sa bisag asa bsta malugpitan lang sa chassis) padung sa anything nga directly in contact sa yuta..(kamu na lay pangita..ask lang nya mo kung naay pangutana..hehehe)..

gonna replacing SmartBROken connection really soon.....so tired of having 100kbps ave. speed..hahay..we are paying bills religiously but they are giving us the service less than what they advertise....
