hello! i thought i am the only one experiencing such crap. while at the mall, nakasalubong ko ang isang agent ng smart bro and i was convinced coz its kabit agad. morning fill up ko form then i paid coz as what he told me kabit agad. i waited for hours that afternoon. nag ulan daw so the next day na lang sa MORNING. so natapos na lng ako lunch, no installer came.. that same day at 3pm dumating din sila. My God ang daming binutas sa dingding ng kwarto ko. after installation, ayun super excited ako to test it. while enjoying the surf, a CSR from smart called asking me to rate the installer, i actually rated them low.

ako, im just waiting until my contract with them ends. kay nahasol na gyjud ko ani nila. now i have a month due which is pending sa akong account, wala nako na bayran on time due to a. i did not receive the billing statement and b. i was misinformed when i called them to ask for account updates. gayaya lang na tanan nilang "SOPS" kunuhay! makabwisit gyud(excuse me for my french) everytime you call there hotline, regradless kung unsa imong concern, all they tell you is that "I'm going to forward a report to the concern team/technical group... blah blah blah!" I mean what's the point of selecting an option on their automated system when you'll just be routed to the same department who handles all the crap and tell you the underrated over used spiel. Ridiculous! So guys, good luck to y'all! : )

it can be routered, that is if you know how to config that....

sa WAN settings sa imong router just 'obtain ip automatically'

LAN side, enable dhcp of your router, if your computer is not set with static ip.
