mas maayo pa mo email ka sa customer_service@meridian.ph or customercare@smart.com.ph kay *1888 call center man gud na mao way klaro tubag.

or sulayi tawag 2341847 pangitaa si ROY meridian cebu na siya ipa troubleshoot nila ngano putol2 ka kay base on my experience basestation ang problema sa ako mao to ila ko gipabalhin lain nga station.

naunsa nman ning wifi oi..ngka walay klaro npod balik..permi nlng ko kaputol2 ani,,usually hinay man lang jud dili maputol.pero tonight..cge lang page cannot be displayed..haaayyyy...

kaabot man..taga vltf ko..pro bro advise nko ayaw nlng jud kay perting daghana problema,less dan a month pa ako connection pro tabla ra 1 wik nko na down,widin 2 wiks more/less 10 times ko nitawag ug nag kas2x sa ako oras nila...atbang au ko sa cell site pro hinay ghapon..naa tyms mokusog, pro 2 days na hinay ghapon ako connection..la nlng ko ntawag kay gkapoy k balik2x tawag mga BOGITS au ug mga tech, ping ra ang nahibaw.an...

Last night putol putol nasad ako net connection sa smart wifi. I think there's nothing SMART in their services.

Kung mo hangin ma putol ang signal... other than that weather weather ang connection.. i am close to 2 smart sites maybe that's not much of an advantage..

haaaayyy..70kbps and below avg napod..walay klaro jud aning wifi uyyyyy.kalagooottttt...most of the time hinay nah..panagsa nalng ta makapatong og 200 or 300kbps ani..
