pra nko, il go with customer service, mas crappy ug response time ang pldt compared to globe, although medyo hina ug speed compared ang globe ug ang pldt

I called pldt last night kay nihinay kalit ang connection, first time, mao pa paghinay after the taiwan earthquake. so the CSR explained. This morning nanawag sila to have a follow-up.

I think kung walay problema ang active devices gipanggamit, depende rajud na sa location mao naay musulti nindot ang globe ug naa pud musulti na bati/hinay. same with uses of pldt dsl. naay location na daghan kaayo ug users mao congested labi na puro magdownload ug movies. or maybe duol pud ug mga business establishments unya dili upgraded ang network segment ato na area na gi-provide sa globe or pldt.

ang kinihanglan nalang mahibaw-an kay kung asa nindot or bati na location ang globe or smart dsl.

kanang CSR. bisan unsaon pa nimo ug reklamo, kung naa jud technical problem, mugawas jud na useless na cla. kabalo na cla naay problema pero nag-agad rajud na sa mga technicians bahin repairs. mahug na igo lang na tig report ug dawat sa imong kasapot so maypa kalma nalang jud ka kaysa makapahilak pud ka ug lain tao.

ang globe bakakon kong imo line speed 256 256 gyud ila sulti ang pldt mo angkon pa nga dili mo abot tinood man gyud na dili na maabot..

ad2 mo sa PLDT kai stable sila ug connection, kung maputol man ila undersea cable naa sila redundant backup kai dagko na companies baya na ila gpang servisyoan kay nangaraan na sila aning negosyoha, mao na lisud jud kung magputol2x ila connection... pag PLDT mo tanan... :mrgreen:
