morag wala pa gi update sa PLDT ang speed, same with globe. but globe already updated thier plan 995 the rest wala pa.

latency for where? If it's just a local latency check, by that i mean just PLDT's network, you can ping pldtplay.com.

as for other servers, it's kinda hard, but easiest bet would be to install a game and check your ping with different servers throught the world.

@all: I don't have PLDT's DSL but rather Globe's. I'm very disappointed with Globe's frequent outages but I guess as far as technical and customer service, pareha ra ni duha. Sa commercial lang maayo. Ang akong account manager nangayo cell number nako nituo ko mutawag, wa man. Nag-email nako wa gihapon. Kung wa lang ni one-year contract, ako na unta ni ipa-disconnect.

ask lang ko kung asa nga area diri sa cebu ang guapo ug connection kay murag mo transfer nalang jud ko ug balay para lng taas ako bandwith..dili man gud stable..makamatay..sakit sa ulo...kapoy na kaau ko tawag sa PLDT uy...

i am using smallbiz microbiz 3000/monthly nako but i am using it for residential only for one computer pero grabe makabuang ang speed kay dili stable..from 200kbps to 800 kbps at most...my plan is 1.6 MBPS unta..

so anyone out there who knows a place??

try sa mandaue or sa consolacion bro, pareho mn ta og plan so far ok man ako speed karon ako location kay consolacion.
